Orca privacy
Orca uses your account, assigned sessions, completed home work, and any media you choose to share so your coach can support your plan between visits.
What Orca uses
- Your account and contact details for sign-in, support, and access to your assigned Orca workspace.
- Your assigned home sessions, completion history, and exercise responses so your coach can see how the plan is going.
- Movement videos or photos only when you choose to capture or upload them as part of the Orca workflow.
- Security records needed to protect your account and keep access limited to the right people.
Who can see it
Your Orca information is protected by sign-in and limited to your connected coach, authorized clinic team members, and Orca support when support is needed. Your coach sees the details needed to review your assigned work and help guide the next step.
Your choices
You can ask Orca support for help with access, corrections, account deletion, or deletion of data you shared in Orca. Some records may need to be retained when required for security, legal, clinic, or care-continuity reasons.
